Annual Maintenance Program for Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Related\nServices at City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Award a contract to South Coast Mechanical, LLC for Annual\nRoutine HVAC and Related Services for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025 in an\namount not to exceed $240,000; and (2) authorize the issuance of a purchase order to South\nCoast Mechanical, LLC for the period July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, in amount not to exceed\n$120,000.00, pending adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023-2025 budget by the City Council.
