Annual Maintenance Program for Electrical and Related Services at All City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Award a contract to David Electric, Inc. for Annual Routine\nElectrical and Related Services for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025 in an amount\nnot to exceed $438,000.00; and (2) authorize the issuance of a purchase order to David\nElectric, Inc. for the period July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, in amount not to exceed\n$338,000.00, pending adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023-2025 budget by the City Council.
