4.7 Cooperative Agreement No. 12-XXX Between the State of California,\nDepartment of Transportation, and the City of Laguna Hills for General\nTraffic Signal Synchronization\n4\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Approve Cooperative Agreement\nNo. 12-XXX with the State of California, Department of Transportation, for\nGeneral Traffic Signal Synchronization; 2) Authorize the City Manager to make\nminor edits as may be needed prior to execution of the final Agreement; and\n3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the final Agreement.
