(“CEQA”) and the State CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, Section 15000 et seq.), that there is no possibility that the\nadoption of this Ordinance will have a significant effort on the environment. Adoption\nof this ordinance is therefore exempt from CEQA pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines\nSection 15051 (b)(3).
