o) REPORT RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY’S PARTICIPATION\n23-0326 IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM\n(Public Works Director Joe SanClemente)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution approving the City's continued participation in the Los Angeles\nUrban County Community Development Block Grant Program (Attachment 1); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to a three-year\ncooperation agreement with the County of Los Angeles, effective July 1, 2024 through\nJune 30, 2027 subject to approval by the City Attorney (Attachment 2).
