Adopt a resolution (Attachment 3) approving the Engineer's Report in connection with\nHermosa Beach Landscaping and Street Lighting District 2023-2024 made pursuant to\nthe requirements of Resolution No. 23-7367; and\n2. Adopt a resolution (Attachment 4) declaring the City's intention to order certain\nimprovements and to levy and collect assessments within the Hermosa Beach\nLandscaping and Street Lighting District 2023-2024 for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1,\n2023, through June 30, 2024, and appointing July 11, 2023, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in\nthe Civic Center Council Chambers as the time and place for a public hearing in relation\nthereto.
