15. ADA City Hall/City Hall West Project — Approve Construction Change Order\nNo. 3. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Amend fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 Adopted Budget by appropriating $220,000\nfrom the Public Image Enhancement Fund to CIP No. 50073;\n2. Approve Change Order No. 3 for changes to the contract plans and\nspecifications for the ADA City Hall/City Hall West Project, CIP No. 50073\nproject, in the amount of $164,772 for a new total not-to-exceed construction\ncontract amount of $858,869; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to issue Change Order No. 3 for\nthe project.
