19. PFAS Treatment System Project (CIP No. 50042) — Execute Professional\nServices Agreements for lon Exchange Resin and Design Services. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement to complete the scope of work\nunder Agreement No. 21-58, in the amount not-to-exceed $1,746,134, to\nCalgon Carbon Corporation (Calgon Corporation), for procurement of lon\nExchange (IX) resin for treatment of per and polyfluoroalkyl substances\n(PFAS) for the PFAS Treatment System Project (CIP No. 50042), and\nauthorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement in a form\napproved by the General Counsel; and\n2. Approve a Professional Services Agreement to complete the scope of work\nunder Agreement No. 20-50, in the amount not-to-exceed $1,289,194, to\nJacobs Engineering Group, Inc. (Jacobs Engineering), to provide\nengineering design and construction support services for treatment the\nPFAS Treatment System Project (CIP No. 50042) and authorize the\nExecutive Director to execute the agreement in a form approved by the\nGeneral Counsel.\nCLOSED SESSION:
