Introduce and waive full reading and introduce by title only an Ordinance of the City of\nHermosa Beach, California, amending Chapter 17.21 of the Hermosa Beach Municipal\nCode regarding accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units and\ndetermine the project is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 21080.17 of the California Public Resources Code (Attachment 1);\nand\n2. Direct the City Clerk to publish a summary ordinance.
