(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a 63-month lease-purchase agreement with Leaf Capital Funding,\nLLC. For a Konica Minolta C4070 Copier in the amount of $79,406 for the\nlease plus $8,130 for estimated taxes for a total of $87,535;\n2. Approve a 63-month lease-purchase agreement with Leaf Capital Funding,\nLLC for a Programmable Cutter and Friction Feed folder for the Konica\nMinolta C4070 Copier in the amount of $33,636 for the lease plus $3,438\nforestimated taxes for a total of $37,073;\n3. Approve a 63-month maintenance agreement with IBE Digital for\nmaintenance and operations of the Konica Minolta C4070 copier machine\nand related equipment in the Parks and Recreation Department in the\namount of $63,000; and\n4.
