14. DISCUSS LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND THE AGREEMENT\nWITH STAY GREEN, INC.\nRecommendation: That the City Council provide direction to the Interim\nCity Manager. Options available include: (1) Consider the attached\nproposal from Stay Green, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $148,000; (2)\nDirect staff to continue to work with Stay Green until a Request for\nProposals (RFP) is prepared and issued, and a recommendation for a\nlandscape maintenance contract award is presented to City Council for\nconsideration; and (3) Direct staff to coordinate with other landscape\nmaintenance firms for quotes for landscape maintenance services that\nwould be performed until a landscape maintenance contract is awarded\nby City Council from the proposals received by the aforementioned RFP.
