1. FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - The proposed Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget was\ndistributed to the City Council along with the Planning Commission; the Parks,\nRecreation, and Community Services Commission; and the Arts Commission on May 2,\n2023. In addition, on June 6, 2023, the Planning Commission made a finding by minute\naction that the Draft Fiscal Year 2023-24 Capital Improvement Program is consistent\nwith the City of Santa Clarita's (City) General Plan.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council and City Council acting as Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment\nAgency of the City of Santa Clarita conduct a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year\n2023-24 Annual Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program and schedule the\nbudget for adoption at the June 27, 2023, City Council Meeting.
