FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 ANNUAL LEVY FOR OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION\nDISTRICT - Consideration and adoption of resolutions associated with the annual\nprocess of ordering, approving, and setting the public hearing on the annual levy of the\nOpen Space Preservation District as required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of\n1972.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council adopt a resolution declaring the City's intention to levy assessments,\npreliminarily approve an Engineer's Report in connection with the Open Space\nPreservation District for Fiscal Year 2023-24, and set a public hearing for June 27, 2023.
