Discuss Zoning, Design and Development Standards the City could include in an Ordinance to\nMinimize Negative Impacts Related to Senate Bill 9, which Requires Cities to Ministerially\nApprove Subdivisions of Single­family Zoned Parcels into two (2) Parcels and Developments of\nTwo (2) Residential Units on Single­family Zoned Parcels.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nDiscuss the revised proposed options related to Senate Bill 9 (SB 9), consider the Planning\nCommission’s recommendations related to optional development standards, and direct staff to\ndraft an SB 9 ordinance to present to the Planning Commission and subsequently to the City\nCouncil for adoption.\nPUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
