Award the contract for Construction Management and\nInspection Services of Bennett Ave., Washington Ave., Westridge Ave., and Bender Ave. Water\nand Street Improvements, Plan No. 1338 & 1339, to TKE Engineering, Inc. in the amount of\n$172,266; 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement with Gentry\nBrothers, Inc., including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and 3.
