Award Contracts for On-Call Emergency and Maintenance Services for the City of Glendora\nWater Infrastructure and Approve supplemental appropriation not to exceed $29,000 (Strategic\nPlan Goal 5)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Award contract service agreements to Big Ben Engineering,\nBig Sky Electric, CPC Systems, Inc., General Pump Company, Inc., J. De Sigio Construction,\nInc., Mladin Buntich Construction, and T.E. Roberts, Inc., for on-call emergency and\nmaintenance services for the City of Glendora Water Infrastructure as outline in table below; 2.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreements including minimal and/or\nnon-substantive changes; and 3.
