Wynder, Moises Lopez, Jeff Kugel, and Valerie\nVelasquez regarding that certain real property 1762 Dale Road, APN 8631-013-023. The City’s\nreal property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms of\npayment for the property.
