6. A Public Hearing to tabulate Proposition 218 Ballots and, if no Majority Protest Exists, consider\nadoption of Resolution Confirming the Formation of the Antique Street Lights Assessment\nDistrict\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: Conduct a Public Hearing upon the proposed Antique Streetlight\nAssessment and consider all objections and protests, whether written or oral and direct staff to\ntabulate the Proposition 218 Ballots for the parcels within the Antique Streetlight District, and\nconsider the following: 1. Adopt Resolution Declaring the Results of the Property Owner Protest\nBallot Proceeding conducted for the Levy of Assessments related to the Formation of the Antique\nStreetlight District; and, 2. If a Majority Protest does exist, then abandon any further proceedings\nfor the proposed Antique Streetlight Assessment District, or 3.
