21.26 AGREEMENT FOR DOCUMENT IMAGING SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT\n- Staff recommends City Council authorize migration of the Laserfiche software from the City’s\nnetwork server to a Cloud-based system and authorize an extension through June 30, 2024, of the\nagreement with ECS Imaging, Inc. for maintenance and support of the Laserfiche system in an\namount not to exceed $14,212.00; and authorize the Mayor to execute an amendment to the\nagreement subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
