CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-63,\nAPPROVING ENTERING INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT\n(MOA) WITH SAN GABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS\n(SVGCOG) FOR FOOD RECOVERY PROGRAM\nThe proposed action would engage the San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments (SGVCOG) to coordinate the implementation of an edible\nfood recovery recycling and enforcement program for designated food\ngenerators.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-63, approving an MOA with the SGVCOG for\na regional food recovery program; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute\nagreement.
