4. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO DM CONTRACTING, INC. FOR THE CAHUILLA PARK\nWALKWAY REPAIR PROJECT (FUNDING SOURCE: MEASURE A FUNDS)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Award a contract to DM Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $124,000 for\nthe Cahuilla Park Walkway Repair Project and authorize the City Manager to\nenter into an agreement with DM Contracting, Inc. to complete the work; and\nB. Appropriate $24,000 in Measure A funds to fully fund the Cahuilla Park\nWalkway Repair Project.
