Professional Services Agreements for York Field Stormwater Capture\nProject\nRecommendation:\n1) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement with Craftwater Engineering Inc. (Craftwater), for\ndesign of the York Field Stormwater Capture project (Project) in an amount\nnot to exceed $1,536,899; and\n2) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement with John L. Hunter and Associates (JLHA) to assist\nwith value engineering services and project management related to the\ndesign of the Project in an amount not to exceed $50,275.
