Wynder, Moises Lopez, Jeff Kugel, and Steven Mateer regarding\nthat certain real property 1535 Heritage Place, Glendora 91740, APN 8643-016-087. The City’s\nreal property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms of\npayment for the property;\nII) Charles and Catherine Martikan, with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its\nnegotiator(s) Adam Raymond, William W. Wynder, Moises Lopez, Jeff Kugel, and Steven Mateer\nregarding that certain real property 349 E. Juanita, Glendora 91740, APN 8643-016-55 and 8643-\n016-56. The City’s real property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding\nthe price and terms of payment for the property.
