1.11 AGREEMENT FOR HVAC AND REFRIGERATION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR\nSERVICES WITH AIRE RITE A/C AND REFRIGERATION INC, - Staff recommends City\nCouncil extend HVAC and refrigeration maintenance service agreement with Aire Rite A/C and\nRefrigeration for one-year period June 30, 2024, in amount not to exceed $150,000 per year, and\nauthorize Mayor to sign amendment in form approved by City Attorney.
