LETTER FROM SOUTH EL MONTE COMMUNITY OUTREACH\nCHURCH REQUESTING A FACILITY RESERVATION FEE WAIVER\nAND CONSIDERATION TO WAIVE ALL THE FEES ASSOCIATED\nWITH THE RESERVATION FOR THE USE OF THE SOUTH EL MONTE\nCOMMUNITY CENTER AMPHITHEATER\nThe South El Monte Community Outreach Church (SEMCOC) is\nrequesting a facility reservation fee waiver for the use of the South El\nMonte Community Center Amphitheater to host Sunday Services for\nmembers of the community. In addition, they are requesting to waive all\nthe fees associated with the reservation.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Discuss and consider the facility reservation fee waiver for the use of\nthe South El Monte Community Center Amphitheater in the amount of\n$3,900.00; and\n2. Discuss the request to waive the staff time and damage deposit in the\namount of $1,748.00.\n9 of 10
