CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-55,\nAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH HINDERLITER DE LLAMAS &\nASSOCIATES (HDL) FOR TAX ADMINISTRATION SERVICES\nCity Council is requested to consider and adopt Resolution No. 23-55,\napproving Amendment No. 1 to the PSA with Hinderliter de Llamas &\nAssociates (HdL), formerly known as HdL Software, LLC for Tax\nAdministration services.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-55, approving Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with HdL, to extend the term\nof the agreement by two (2) years, to include additional services\nrelative to the City’s business license tax administration, and to amend\nthe fee schedule; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the\nagreement.
