A Public Hearing to Consider a Resolution Confirming a Diagram and Assessment for the City of\nGlendora Streetlight Maintenance District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2023-24 (Strategic Plan Goal\nMFSS - Maintain Financial Stability and Sustainability)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council open and conduct a Public Hearing, accept\nevidence and testimony presented, and in the absence of testimony to the contrary, consider the\nfollowing: 1. Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FILED WITH RESPECT TO THE\nFISCAL YEAR 2023-24 LEVY OF THE ASSESSMENT IN CONNECTION WITH CITY OF\nGLENDORA STREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO.1; and 2. Adopt a City Council\nResolution entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CONFIRMING A DIAGRAM\nAND ASSESSMENT FOR THE CITY OF GLENDORA STREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE\nDISTRICT NO. 1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24."
