1.12 AGREEMENT WITH AQUATIC INFORMATICS. FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND\nMAINTENANCE OF A UTILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - Staff recommends the City\nCouncil approve the first amendment to an agreement with Aquatic Informatics formerly, Sedaru,\nInc. for implementation and maintenance of a Utility Management System for a not-to-exceed\namount of $20,000.00 for FY 2023-2024; and authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment for the\ncorresponding agreement.
