1.19 AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL EVENT EQUIPMENT RENTALS WITH CREATE-APARTY RENTALS - Staff recommends that the City Council to approve the Agreement for CreateA-Party Rentals to provide rented special event equipment to the city, subject to approval as to legal\nform by the City Attorney. The agreement is to commence on July 1, 2023 and terminate on June\n30, 2024, with the option to extend agreement for one additional year through June 30, 2025 at a ’\ncontracted rate not to exceed $33,573.60 annually.
