Award a contract to Transportation Management & Design, Inc., to update the City of\nSanta Clarita Transit’s Transportation Development Plan in a total contract amount\nnot to exceed $299,856.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contract documents, subject to\nCity Attorney approval.
