13. AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH CPS HR CONSULTING FOR DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION PROGRAMMING\nAND CONSULTING SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Receive an oral report from CPS HR Consulting on the findings of their\ndiversity, equity, and inclusion evaluation; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to amend the existing professional services\nagreement with CPS HR Consulting adding $70,000 in additional\ncompensation for a total not-to-exceed amount of $112,150 to implement\nrecommended improvements/trainings and conduct community outreach.\nAttachment(s): DEI Evaluation
