7. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO TUNNELWORKS SERVICES, INC. FOR PHASE 5 OF THE\nSEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT (FUNDING SOURCE: SEWER FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Award a contract to Tunnelworks Services, Inc. and authorize the City\nManager to enter into an agreement in the amount of $297,990 for Phase 5\nof the Sewer Rehabilitation Project, and authorize a project contingency of\nten percent in the amount of $29,799, for a total contract amount of\n$327,789; and\nB. Find this item is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA).
