CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-56,\nAPPROVING CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE COUNTY OF LOS\nANGELES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ("CDBG")\nPROGRAM PARTICIPATING CITY COOPERATION AGREEMENT\nThe Los Angeles County Development Authority ("LACDA") has requested\nthat all cities participating in the Los Angeles Urban County Community\nDevelopment Block Grant ("CDBG") program sign a new Cooperation\nAgreement with the County for fiscal years 2024-2026.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-56, approving the City's continued\nparticipation in the CDBG program with the County; and\n2.
