Resolution dispensing with competitive bidding and authorizing the City Manager, or\nhis designee, to execute a contract with MV Transportation, Inc. for the operation and\nmaintenance of the City’s Beeline fixed-route and Dial-A-Ride transit services in a not\nto exceed amount of $76,506,800 for a six-year term, with two, two-year extension\noptions; if the 1st option to extend is exercised, the amount will not exceed\n$106,245,519 for a total eight-year term; and, if the 2nd option to extend is exercised,\nthe amount will not exceed $137,828,127 for a total ten-year term
