AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE ORDER WITH CONSOLIDATED ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS INC., (DBA CALIFORNIA\nELECTRIC SUPPLY) TO FURNISH AND DELIVER CONCRETE STREET\nLIGHT POLES FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $195,756 FOR THREE YEARS (Public Works Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nSection 21065 of CEQA and Sections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and 15378 of the State\nCEQA Guidelines, and as such, no environmental document pursuant to CEQA is required; and\n(2) Accept the bid dated October 18, 2022, submitted by Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc., in response to project specifications for Concrete\nStreet Light Pole Restocking 2022, reject all other bids received, and authorize\nthe City Manager to enter into a three-year contract not-to-exceed $195,759 (including a $17,196 contingency).
