3.5 Consideration of Amendment to Franchise Agreement with CR&R\nIncorporated for the Collection and Transportation of Solid Waste,\nRecyclable Materials, Organic Waste, and Construction and Demolition\nDebris (Collection Services) and Other Specified Services\nPresented By: Daniel A York , City Manager\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Consider and approve an amendment to the franchise agreement between the\nCity of Wildomar and CR&R Incorporated for collection and transportation of solid\nwaste, recyclable materials, organic waste, and construction and demolition debris\nand other specified services;\n2) Find that approval of the proposed amendment to the franchise agreement is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under CEQA Guidelines\nSections 15301 and 15061(b)(3); and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the proposed amendment to franchise\nagreement.\n11
