7. CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO. O231403 (1ST READING)\nAMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 02.14.02 REMOVING\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve the Agreement\nbetween the City of San Marino and Flock Safety for a FiveYear Subscription. If the\nCity Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I\nmove to approve the Agreement between the City of San Marino and Flock Safety\nfor a FiveYear Subscription not to exceed $505,850, and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the agreement on behalf of the City.”\n6. AWARD OF 3YEAR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS TO\nTRANSTECH ENGINEERS, INC., AND HARTZOG & CRABILL, INC. IN A\nTOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $225,000 FOR ONCALL TRAFFIC\nENGINEERING SERVICES THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026.\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council award professional services\nagreements for oncall traffic engineering services to Transtech and HCI. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I\nmove to award threeyear professional services agreements for oncall traffic\nengineering services to Transtech Engineers, Inc., and Hartzog & Crabill, Inc. through\nJune 30, 2026, with total contract values not to exceed $150,000 and $75,000,\nrespectively, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements on behalf of\nthe City.”\n7. R2316 ESTABLISHING\nADVISORY BODY ATTENDANCE STANDARDS\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council introduce for first reading Ordinance\nNo. O231403. If Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be: “I move to waive full reading and introduce for first reading by title\nonly Ordinance No. O231403, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San\nMarino, California Amending Municipal Code Section 02.14.02 Removing Language\nPertaining to Public Safety Commission Absences.”
