6. AWARD OF 3­YEAR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS TO\nTRANSTECH ENGINEERS, INC., AND HARTZOG & CRABILL, INC. IN A\nTOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $225,000 FOR ON­CALL TRAFFIC\nENGINEERING SERVICES THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026.\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council award professional services\nagreements for on­call traffic engineering services to Transtech and HCI. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I\nmove to award three­year professional services agreements for on­call traffic\nengineering services to Transtech Engineers, Inc., and Hartzog & Crabill, Inc. through\nJune 30, 2026, with total contract values not to exceed $150,000 and $75,000,\nAGENDA – JUNEand\nrespectively, 14, authorize\n2023 the City Manager to execute the agreements\nPAGE of 8 of\non 4behalf\nthe City.”
