Urgency Ordinance No. 23-01 and Ordinance No. 23-02; Adding Chapter\n3.68 (Trespass on Designated Conservation Areas) and Chapter 3.72\n(Trespass on City Property) to Title 3 (Public Health, Safety and Welfare) of\nthe Walnut Municipal Code\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Adopt by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 23-01 “An\nUrgency Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut, California,\nAdding Chapter 3.68 (Trespass on Designated Conservation Areas) and\nChapter 3.72 (Trespass on City Property) to Title 3 (Public Health, Safety and\nWelfare) of the Walnut Municipal Code; and\n2.
