1.18 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BIG BEAR LAKE, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE\nOF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE DWP’S RATES, CHARGES AND\nFEES FOR WATER SERVICE\nCity Council will consider adopting an ordinance approving adjustments to the Department of Water &\nPower (DWP) rates, charges and fees for water service; and finding the action exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act. City Council introduced the ordinance, conducted the first reading of the title\nand waived further reading at the May 10, 2023 Regular Meeting.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under section 15378(b)(5) of the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Guidelines, this action is exempt as measures involving the organization or administrative activities\nof a local government that will not involve direct changes in the environment as not being a project under\nCEQA.
