Hernandez, Kroone & Associates— Professional Services Contract Addendum No.\n2\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve Addendum No. 2 to Professional Services Contract with\nHernandez, Kroone &\nAssociates to reflect a change in the billing rate\nschedule; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Addendum.\nCITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING\nThe order of business for Public Hearings shall be:\n1) Mayor opens Public Hearing;\n2) Staff presentation;\n3) Applicant/ Representative presentation;\n4) Speakers in favor of proposal;\n5) Speakers in opposition to proposal;\n6) Applicant rebuttal;\n7)\nMayor closes Public Hearing;\n8) Council discussion, motion and vote.\nONCE THE PUBLIC HEARING IS CLOSED NO FURTHER TESTIMONY IS TAKEN.
