APPROVAL OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN\nSTORMWATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND MONITORING\nPROGRAMS FOR THE UPPER LOS ANGELES RIVER\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve the Memorandum of\nAgreement for the Upper Los Angeles River Watershed Management Area. If Council\nconcurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I move to\nAGENDA – JUNE\napprove 14, 2023\nthe memorandum PAGEand\nof agreement regarding the administration 8\n6 of cost­\nsharing for implementing the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and\nWatershed Management Program (WMP) for the Upper Los Angeles River Watershed\nManagement Area.”\nCounty Development Authority. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I move to adopt Resolution No. R­\n23­22 authorizing the Acting City Manager to execute and enter into a Cooperation\nAgreement between the Los Angeles County Development Authority and the City of\nSan Marino for participation in the Community Development Block Grant Program from\nJuly 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.”\n15.
