4.5 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 AMERICANS WITH\nDISABILITIES ACT CURB RAMP INSTALLATION - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\nBLOCK GRANT PROJECT (Dugan)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Accept the improvements for the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Americans with\nDisabilities Act Curb Ramp Installation – Community Development Block\nGrant Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County of\nOrange Recorder’s Office within fifteen (15) calendar days, as required by\nSection 9204 of the California Civil Code; and\n3) Authorize the retention monies to be released thirty-five (35) days after\nthe Date of Recordation of the Notice of Completion, if all Stop Notices\nhave been resolved and all potential claims are settled.\nItem No. 4.5
