4.4 APPROVAL OF JOINT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY\nTRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR A COUNTYWIDE SIGNAL\nSYNCHRONIZATION BASELINE PROJECT (Dugan)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve the Cooperative Agreement with the Orange County\nTransportation Authority (OCTA) for a Countywide Signal Synchronization\nBaseline Project; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement at a future date upon OCTA\nGeneral Counsel signing the agreement.\nItem No. 4.4
