If the City Council agrees, an\nappropriate motion would be: “I move to waive full reading and introduce for first\nreading by title only Ordinance No. O­23­1404, an Ordinance of the San Marino City\nCouncil Amending San Marino Municipal Code Section 15.07.23 to Allow for Long­\nTerm Parking Permits for Caregivers.”
