1.7 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT POLICY FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2023-24\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution authorizing the adoption of the Statement of Investment Policy\nfor Fiscal Year 2023-24. The City’s formal Investment Policy prioritizes safety and liquidity over yield, and\nhas not changed from FY 2022-23.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
