1.15 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PURCHASE ORDER FOR SANITARY SEWER MANHOLE\nCOVERS\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution authorizing a purchase order for Sanitary Sewer Manhole\nCovers. As a part of the annual operations for the Sanitation Division, the manhole covers are replaced due\nto damage or as a part of roadway construction projects. This purchase order is for two hundred of the City’s\nstandard manhole covers for use in support of the annual operations.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
