1.8 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution that will establish the City’s appropriation limit for Fiscal\nYear 2023-24. Under State law, the City’s formal appropriations limit is $49,795,135 and the proposed FY\n2023-24 budget is below this limit.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
