2.4 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF REFUSE FEES ON THE FISCAL YEAR\n2023-24 TAX ROLL\nCity Council will conduct a public hearing to receive comments regarding the placement of Refuse Fees on\nthe Fiscal Year 2023-24 tax roll and will consider a formal resolution to determine the amount of City Refuse\nFees to be collected via the tax roll.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
