2.5 PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PLACEMENT OF SEWER USER FEES ON THE FISCAL YEAR\n2023-24 TAX ROLL\nCity Council will conduct a public hearing to receive comments regarding the placement of the City’s Sewer\nUser Fees on the Fiscal Year 2023-24 tax roll. The Big Bear Area Regional Wastewater Agency (BBARWA)\nadopted rate for Fiscal Year 2023-24 will be considered at a separate public hearing scheduled for June 29,\n2023. Council will take formal action to establish rates and enable collection of the rates associated with\nBBARWA as well as the City Sewer User Fee on June 29, 2023.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
